Local Community

We share in our community.

Businesses in the Howarth Timber Group will continue to be active members of the community of which they are apart.

Year in, year out, we support local initiatives in our towns and cities, be that amongst school children, young people or adults. In the past we’ve sponsored local sports associations, raised thousands of pounds for local charities, and helped fund community facilities. We’ve even donated a two-storey timber framed house to a local college to help provide real-life training practice for students working on recognised construction courses.

 It’s all part of our programme of local engagement – Howarth Timber Group is committed to adding value to the community through a broad range of reactive and proactive initiatives.
