WE’RE TAKING THE WHEEL FOR THE PAVESTONE RALLY

We’ve put together a team to take on the Pavestone Rally in September, to raise funds for the Rainy Day Trust and the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Teams entering the Pavestone Rally must purchase a ‘banger’ for no more than £500 for a four-day trip from Dover to Monte Carlo, Monaco, passing through 10 different countries along the way.

Our team will wear fancy dress throughout, and complete a series of challenges set by the organisers along the way.  Points are awarded for the challenges completed and for best fancy dress, with bonus points for older and more dilapidated vehicles!

Making up our four-person team are Stephanie Masterson from the Darwen branch, Ben Cartwright from Grimsby, Danny McLaughlin from the Oldham branch, and Ivor Irwin from Manchester. The team has purchased a patched-up Mazda for the rally, and will split the driving duties between them.
