175 CELEBRATIONS HIT THE RIVER THAMES
Our 175th anniversary celebrations are continuing apace after we hosted a special event for customers of our three London branches on the River Thames.
More than 100 customers were treated to a BBQ, drinks and entertainment aboard HMS President, which is permanently moored in the City of London. In addition, they had the opportunity to experience high speed rides on boats across the Thames.
Gary Ford, general manager of Howarth Timber’s London branches, said: “Our customers are the reason that we’re still here 175 years later so it was fantastic to show our appreciation by hosting this event. We were also delighted to welcome Nicholas and Andrew Howarth to meet our customers and help celebrate our 175 years as a family business in style.”
