Legislation introduced in April 2017 requires that Howarth Timber & Building Supplies publicly discloses our mean and median gender pay gaps.

Howarth Timber & Building Supplies has – alongside thousands of other UK companies – released a report disclosing our gender pay gap relating to the pay and bonus pay that we offer to the men and women that we employ. 

 

The report covers:

Our mean and median pay gaps

The mean and median bonus pay gaps

The percentage of male and female employees who received a bonus payment

The percentage of male and females in each quartile

  • Gender Pay Gap Report

    Introduced in April 2017, government legislation set out for companies with more than 250 employees states that we must publicly report on our gender pay gap. This legislation requires us to create a report of our mean and median pay gaps and bonus pay gaps, as well as the percentage of male and female employees receiving bonuses. This report covers Howarth Timber & Building Supplies, just one of the Group subsidiary companies which employs roughly half of the total workforce. You can read our report here:
