    FSC® is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests.

  • PEFC™

    PEFC™ is the world's largest forest certification organisation - an international non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management

  • Forests Forever

    Forests Forever is an initiative of the Timber Trade Federation, and is the environmental voice of the timber industry. It promotes timber as the most environmentally desirable construction material, whilst seeking to encourage improvements in the environmental performance in the industry.

  • British Woodworking Federation

    The British Woodworking Federation is the trade association for the woodworking and joinery manufacturing industry in the UK. It has over 500 members drawn from manufacturers, distributors and installers of a wide range of products including timber doors, windows, conservatories, staircases, all forms of architectural joinery including shop fitting, timber frame buildings and engineered timber components, as well as suppliers to the industry.

  • Secured by Design

    Established in 1989, Secured by Design (SBD) is owned by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO). SBD is the umbrella group for national police projects focusing on the design and security of new and refurbished homes, commercial premises and car parks, as well as the acknowledgement of quality security products and crime prevention projects.

    The Kitemark, recognised worldwide as a symbol of trust, integrity and quality, is a registered certification mark owned and awarded by BSI. It was originally developed by the British Standards Institution. The first product and service quality mark to be established in the UK, the Kitemark reassures consumers that vital safety and performance requirements have been met on a vast range of products and services.
